Eigentlich sind mir die Installationen und Filme der international bekannten, deutschen Künstlerin Raphaela Vogel etwas zu plakativ, aber ich finde sie dennoch extrem wichtig: Sie nimmt ihre Videos mit Drohnen auf, zeigt die fliegenden Kameras in ihrer ganzen Ungeheuerlichkeit und bringt sie auf die Agenda der Kunstgemeinde.
According to my point of view, the installations and films of the internationally renowned German (Franconian) artist Raphaela Vogel are a bit too striking, but I still consider her as very important: She produces her videos with quadrocopters, shows those in all their monstrosity and thus places them on the the agenda of the art community.
Ich sah Raphaela Vogels Kunst im Kunstpalais in Erlangen. Im Moment werden dort noch bis zum 7.10.18 in der Ausstellung Heavy Metal Erntedank Arbeiten von Absolventinnen der Akademie der Bildenden Künste Nürnberg gezeigt, wo Raphaela Vogel unter anderem auch studierte.
I saw Raphaela Vogel’s art in this art museum, the Kunstpalais in Erlangen. Right now, they show works of young artists that studied at the same academy (Akademie der Bildenden Künste Nürnberg) as Raphaela Vogel once did: Heavy Metal Erntedank.
